Haters Need to Appreciate a Good Game.... May 30, 2008 50 Cent Bulletproof: not the worlds bestt game but it is enjoyable. if it had auto aim, wouldnt it be too easy?!?!?!? i bought the game when it first came out, and traded it, for the mere fact i completed it. but ever since i felt so bad i went out and bought and import of the psp version one the day the us version came out, and played it ever since. however, i have ordered a new 50Cent Bulletproof and can't wait for it to arrive... I just cant understand why you hate the game so much. Appreciate a good game!!
Alot better than i thought it would be January 7, 2008 I quite liked this game, the soundtrack was great the missions were interesting and action packed, not a great game by any means, no real replayability but for a few hours entertainment it was good.
Bulletproof? More like talentproof! March 29, 2007 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
First of all, it goes without saying that the only people with passing interest in this game are 50 Cent fans and shoot-/beat-em-up fans.
That said, to those just mentioned, if you're curious about buying this game - DON'T!!! Not even if it's cheap! Of course, if you're not either of those fans I've said, definitely DON'T!!!
Why? Easy really. The "plot", unsurprisingly, stems around the "Wanna be a bad-assed gangsta with guns to hide the fact that I'm basically inwardly a coward with no friends", and that's being kind. Sometimes, a game with a solid plot can pull a game which otherwise limps along together. However, this both stumbles along and has no real plot.
Oh well, story ain't everything if the gameplay's good, right? Oh dear, the gameplay's bloody awful. This game uses the Havok physics engine - badly. Enemies will ignore bullets, fall over obstacles, get stuck on obstacles, walk through the floor. You name a bug, it'll happen. And the controls stink. Controls should be intuitive. That is, in a quick-react situation, you should be so familiar with the control method, you've pressed the button, or moved the joystick exactly where you want it without thinking about it. Example: quick, quick I need to shoot that guy, oh no, it's changed my weapon instead of firing.
In summary, this game is broken in every possible way. It has absolutely no redeeming features at all. I can't stress enough how much you should avoid this game.
In short, this game has had about as much input of talent as 50 Cent's musical output - AVOID!!!!!!
Avoid like the plague! May 21, 2006 14 out of 15 found this review helpful
I bought this game second hand, as it seemed like quite a bargain shoot'em up with plenty of action. Got it home and found myself hating it within the first 20 minutes of playing it! The control system is flawed, this is especially notable when you're trying to do a counter kill and you end up reloading your weapon instead. The aiming system is useless as the bad guys seem to just run around your bullets (you'd have more luck trying to shoot an agent from the Matrix). 50 Cent runs painfully slow which makes it virtually impossible to grab any of the bad guys anyway! From the start there seems to be no apparent plot which further adds to the confusion. This game is a pointless cash in from 50 Cent in an attempt to squeeze a few more quid out of his fans. Lazy programming, obscenities that constitute dialogue, confusing controls, absolute garbage!

Where to start... this isn't the sort of game that i would usually play but it was brought for me at christmas and hasn't been played since! The game is confusing, pointless, frustating and is all about shooting! and as is the main thing about this game why have they made it so difficult to aim at the enemies by the time you do work it out, your fellow g unit crew have shot him for you! This game is a watse of your money and time!!
