This is an enjoyable puzzle game where you play a train dispatcher who have to ensure that the trains get through your railway network as quickly and effectively as possible. Some trains need to stop at designated stations before they can exit the network, while others need to get through within a set time limit. The gameplay is simple, but intelligent and quite enjoyable. However, it quickly becomes difficult as the levels grow in size and complexity. I wish the developers had included more levels like the early ones, because later levels take a long time to complete and are perhaps a bit too hard.
There's no multiplayer, but you can upload your scores to a ladder on the web, so in a sense you get to compete with other gamers. The game seems to be pretty much bug-free (at least I've never encountered any problems).
If you like challenging puzzle games, Loco Mania is a good buy (especially considering its budget price). If you just want a game to relax with, you're probably better off with something else.
