Best avoided everyone - what is frankly the worst fighting game on the Wii. It features lots of character with disappointing power-ups!! and you use the various input devices to little or no real affect. There are some frankly rather dumb mini-games that would insult the intelligence of most users!
Finally Naruto for the Wii!!! May 26, 2008 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
I hope they do another Naruto game for the Wii because I'm really enjoying it! The controls are quite easy, but the booklet and on screen instructions explain them badly - it's easier to go into training mode and work them out! With the European version you can't switch to the Japanese voices like you could with the other games. You can't seem to wi-fi battle either which would be ace. But even without these features it is mega fun and a must have for any Naruto fan!
To counteract to the one -star review April 27, 2008 6 out of 8 found this review helpful
To even out the balance of what is frankly one of the best fighting games you can buy on the Wii.
It covers the same arcs that were in CON 2 & CON 3. It features over 20 characters (some with power-ups), and you use either the wiimote, wiimote and nunchuck, or classic controller. It also has smart new mini-games which utilize the wiimote controls, such as Rasengan Training, Shuriken Targets and a game where you have to find out who the real naruto is out of a bunch of clones.
Wasn't able to play it because of low resolution ... April 10, 2008 0 out of 24 found this review helpful
First, Iknew that I would be disappointed because it wasn't possible to have it in Japanese (this is the European Version) but when I tried to play it on my Wii, it automatically ask to install an upgrade. Because I don't have anything "illegal" installed on my Wii, I did the upgrade. I then got ready to play but impossible as I don't have a TV and am playing on my High resolution computer screen and the max resolution for this game is 60Hz, therefore it just wrote on the screen something such as "cannot use this resolution - switch to 60HZ.."..
I'm sure that this game might be cool but unfortunately I wasn't able to play it....I'm so so so so gutted as I am a huge fan of Naruto .....
