I've found that these perform significantly better than the UE foam tips in terms of (in no particular order);
1) ease of deployment
2) speed of completing a seal in the ear
3) noise isolation
4) comfort
5) durability
6) ability to stay in the ear when exercising hard or chewing gum
Plus these do not appear to have been deliberately designed to fall apart after a few uses like the UE ones so, although expensive, they do not leave that sour feeling of being ripped off.
I've got a pair of Super fi 5's for the gym and Triple fi 10's for when out and about. I had previously found the 5's a better fit but that's changed now; C Burham (see other review) suggests trimming them which I may try but I find that simply squashing them length ways as well as laterally makes for a good fit.
Why not the full 5 starts?... after about 45 mins of hard aerobic exercise the right ear tends to work itself out and since it's then hot and sweaty will then continually slip out for the rest of the session but that's it - buy some; you know you want to :o)

Ok so the title may seem an over exaggeration but these have made such a difference to my listening pleasure from the Ultimate Ears Super.fi 5 Pro - Profesional Quality In Ear Headphones - White I have owned for over a year. My frustration had been the lack of comfort and proper seal given by the tips that came with the superfi pros therefore I frequently found myself taking some old sennheisers on journeys instead. But the use of these soft tips has vastly improved listening pleasure and I was able to listen for hours at a time on a recent long haul flight without discomfort or movement of the headphone in my ear. Just wish they'd include these with the product in the first place!

I own Ultimate Ears fi.5 pros and the sound the headphones poduce is outstanding.....couple this with these upgrade foam tips and you're in for one hell of a ride! The fit is a vast improvement from the silicone tips they supply with the headphones, and the extra foam tips that are included fall apart!
These however are a world apart. They fit and seal perfectly, increasing bass levels and isolating outside noise incredibly well.
The only thing I will say about them is that the foam is slightly long when fitted in my ear and absorbs some of the treble, prompting an adjustment on the equaliser but still reducing some sound clarity. I cut some of the excess foam away from the round end that fits into your ear to allow more of the sound to travel from the monitor into my ear canal. I have only done this to one set of the tips, but it has improved the loss in treble and clarity completely, without affecting the fit or comfort of the monitor (earphone).
This is the only reason for a four star rating instead of five.
If only I had found these earlier, the frustration of having to constantly adjust a 140 pair of earphones to recieve terrific sound would have been minimal......
