This is blunt and simple, there isn't much to say about this product except it just adds stability to the PS2 when it is placed vertically, this has amazing helped me alot in keeping my ps2 upright! my ps2 is usually on the floor and I accidently always knock it over, with this stand it is virtually impossible to do this unless you throw a brick it at, not to mention the stability improvements it also makes it look fancy :) which is also a positive side if you've got your girlfriend/boyfriend around, you can point and say Look at my PS2!! its Black, and has many shades of blue!! :) or if you've got the latest version - Silver and many shades of blue... unless you get the silver one... anyway you get my point!Worth Getting if you keep your PS2 Vertically!
PS2 Vertical Stand November 11, 2003 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
If you have a home entertainment system with DVD, amp, CD player, digital decoder etc. then finding space on your custom shelves can be a pain. Using this stand your console can slot into gaps you didn't know you had. OK the colour scheme isn't the most pleasant but it does bring a touch of colour to an otherwise dull console (pre-silver edition). It keeps the console fairly stable and yes it will fall over if provoked, but then agan so will most things!
Do they think we're stupid! August 8, 2003 17 out of 22 found this review helpful
The PS2 is designed to sit horizontally or stand vertically - notice that the little PS2 logo on the disc tray rotates so it can always be in the right orientation. Therefore unless you are an idiot who is always knocking over their PS2 when it is in the vertical position or have small children who knock it over for you why would you need this utterly useless accessory. Save your money and get a few pints in!
