Not as good as the official guitar! August 18, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought this so that I could play with my 17-year-old son on Guitar Hero III for PS3. This guitar is a lot more flimsy than the official PS3 guitar and I noticed that there was a very slight lag when you strum. My son tried it too and confirmed that it wasn't working as it should.
This is going back to Amazon for a full refund and I'll be purchasing the official guitar instead.

I purchased this wireless guitar purely for a friend to join in on the very enjoyable 2player modes, and this guitar in particular as it was the cheapest around. I also must admit when it first arrived it wasn't in the the same league as my beloved kramer(The Kramer being much smaller and the Neutac havin a stiffer whammy bar) , But only recently i have started using it and can honestly say ive never played better i have rose my level from medium to hard and can even do a few on expert, i must add the star power feels easier to set off as well. But hey i suppose this is only my opinion, but i can't really see how you could go wrong with this(unless its faulty)

Not very good at all April 25, 2008 13 out of 14 found this review helpful
Having got a wireless guitar for my XBOX 360 with GH3, I bought this guitar to play Guitar Hero 1 & GH2 on the PS2. The quality and responsiveness to touch are no way as good. I havent got a wired PS2 guitar to compare, but if I had my time again, I would buy a wired PS2 Guitar as playing On Hard/Expert is impossible. Also the buttons are more spaced out than in GH3 Wireless Guitar - which makes it even harder, there are ridges on 3 of the buttons which make your fingers very sore after hours of play. Not recommended at all.
