This little speaker system punches well above it's weight. I bought this item last month and I play it all the time. Such excellent sound from such a compact system. I would recommend this to everyone. My ipod classic has been given a whole new lease of life!

The product is excellent, despite some complaints by other reviewers about hardware issue, I was able to establish that I was getting the right item.
I wouldn't recommend users to use the equaliser feature on their ipod when plugged into the speakers as the sound quality drops and I think it's more to do with the fact that the speakers don't support these featuresd. Its a item worth getting as a gift or even for personal use. The finish on the speakers are very slick clean look, mind you it being black it may attract dust but thats easily overcome.

This is the best speaker system I've ever seen, I loved the looks, sound and I thought the price was very reasonable considering the quality it delivered. Prompt delivery and even works with ipod shuffles and other non-docking MP3 players. All in all a great buy.
