RRP is high considering this is 9 mini games plus extra wii remote. But current price has been discounted on most amazon sites (Check.fr & .de), so its now just a few quid than the Wii remote itself-Which makes it excellent value.
For those that think its for 5-7 or 7-12 year old's YOU are wrong- Play it a few times & see.- Highly addictive & very competitive when 2 play together:
I'm 43, Friend with Kids-42- My little sis-23 (an 'X' Ist Class Oxford Honors Student- no less) , 2 more friends 38 & 28 ALL love the Wii Play games..its not just for kidz - US BIG Kids also love it. Each having their favorite's . Must admit the person with Top score for fishing is friends 8 yrs old....but we don't play with him anymore lol ;0}, we with leave him to fish with his 13 year old brother (Grade A student- teenager who needs bringing back to earth!). We also don't play with littlen's Mother (42) the Cow game anymore as she whips our butts and is a very bad Winner ;0} !.
Honestly Adults can & do have fun with the Mini games.....just relax forget how old you R and get playing. (MY Favorite is shooting, especially when the spaceships come to get You- other player is usually so busy shooting space ship's they don't bother to see who is being carried away- me being careful wait till they 'save' all my Mii's- extra 20pts per Mii left at end of game- and then end up with top score & win ;0).

Like i said great game good fun. Lots of mini games to get your teeth into. Especially enjoy 'Charge' which is a game where you ride on the back of a wolly cow! Wierd game but makes me laugh. Also many other good ones like one where you spot mii characters. The game also aims to help you get used to the wii remote which it does. Overall, a good game and fun for the whole family!!!!

I bought this game several weeks ago and have to say it is great value for money! ok, the games arnt as good as wii sports, but they are still quite fun! (with the posible exeption of pose mii)

This is a great game for beginners and pro's alike. Gets your brain ticking in a couple of games. Air Hockey, Snooker, Table tennis and cow racing are all good as is the fishing game which becomes competitive. You can play the games solo or as 2 players only. Worth it if you need an extra remote or even the game alone good entertainment value.

Great "introduction" to the wii remote, and a good few hours of entertainment and laughter guaranteed with the addictive, genuinely funny, original games!
Top marks for how the social aspect of the experience is carried out, proving that Nintendo (and in particular the Wii) is the master for social games. Choosing your Mii and competing with friends for points adds competitiveness to the game, enhancing the whole experience.
A few words on a few games:
DUCK HUNT: 21st century version of the classic NES game. Contains more objects flying all over the place. At one stage your mii is held as hostage! Very entertaining and raises the competitiveness in everyone! Simply aim and shoot, very straightforward.
FISHING: Annoyingly entertaining! Renowned for sparking arguments between players, controls are complex, and results are mainly down to luck as random fish worth many points can appear at any given time anywhere. Personally, I prefer watching two friends play this game!!!
COWS: The objective of this "cow race" is not to come first but to knock down moving scarecrows on the racetrack to obtain points. Avoiding the obstacles by jumping them to avoid getting slowed down is the funniest part of this game as the cow makes the silliest noise, which comes directly from the face of the remote! Genius! Everyone reacts to this noise in the same way: in stitches!
Two more games worth mentioning are Billiards and Ping Pong. Billiards is easier to play and I personally love the retro, chilled-out background music!!!
My mark is shown below, and it is that high because what you're really paying for is the remote, this game comes for free with it! I hope this review has been helpful :)
