This game is rubbish the gameplay is rubbish, there is barely a single player game to it. You have to buy Xbox live to play online on PC how rubbish is that. Also the months free u get with it didn't work for me. However the game looks good and the magic is original but still not worth 25 quid.

this game is atrocious! having recently bought vista, and an avid gamer, with a longtime interest in the shadowrun world, this game is absolutely nothing. after buying it, i gave it to my friend as a swap for quake 4.
the layout of the hud is terrible, the game still has many, many bugs, and the gameplay is something youd expect from a single months worth of development.
DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!

Many reviewers are complaining about the fact this game is made for vista. This was inevitable as technology moves on and vista is the next-gen operating system, which supports DX10 and therefore allows for better games to be played. This game sucks by the way.

The game is beautiful, mostly smooth and looks well balanced. That said, there is a bug which means it takes ages to connect to a battle. Also, once you are dead, you could easily be waiting another 3 or 4 minutes before the round ends and you can start again. This gets very boring very quickly.
There is also very little character development, just a few 'medal' unlocks.
It looks good but just frustrates me too much to play it for more than a few rounds.
I was hoping for a lot more gameplay from my first Vista-only game.

An absoulute discrace should never have been released as vista required! DON'T BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE VISTA.
