Sure, it's expensive... but what isn't? April 11, 2008 3 out of 17 found this review helpful
Really looking forward to this game... gonna be awesome.
As for the price... 100 for all the instruments... yeah, it's a lot, but we in the UK get stitched up at every opertunity.
If we in the UK want to buy the Singstar mics, that's about 20, a Guitar Hero guitar is 45 plus... that is 65 which leaves 35 for a set of drums. Now you do that math and you will see that it doesn't seem so bad.... WHY?
Welcome to United Kingdom of rip off.
Well done to Amazon for coming in under the RRP! More people need to follow suit to get the price down though!!
Be wary of price gouging! April 11, 2008 11 out of 15 found this review helpful
Great game, but over double the price compared to the US and 6 months later? No sale. You don't even get the game included in the box! No sale. What is anyone going to do with all these plastic instruments if they don't have the game? No sale.

Despite Amazon's decent discount from the RRP - it was too high to begin with. EA should not be allowed to get away with charging us so much more than the American version. It should be shipped with the game at least.
Avoid if you like your money. April 11, 2008 8 out of 11 found this review helpful
I WAS looking forward to this game coming out!
But with the outrageous price tag and the fact you dont actually get the game with the package itsellf, then whats the point!
Avoid this if you like your money, and i recommend wait for a price drop.
Double the price of the american version!! April 10, 2008 74 out of 92 found this review helpful
Firstly make a note that for 130, you don't get the game. That's 50 extra. You could get all 180 worth in the US for $170 - that's just 85. For some reason, the publishers have increased the RPP considerably for the Europeon release. Even with amazon discounts, it's still way overpriced. Wait for the inevitable price drop!
