Great quality March 7, 2008 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
Just bought these DVDs because I was having serious problems with a cheaper/inferior brand (Datawrite) and can only say I am delighted. I was starting to think there was something wrong with my DVD-writer, but having read some reviews on this site realised that the quality of disks can make a massive difference. These work and for a very reasonable price!
Verbatim 16x offer best value for money January 8, 2008 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I've used Verbatim 16x DVD+R for the past 6 months. In over 150 burns i've had one or two failures, otherwise these have performed perfectly in my Lite-on drive. I would recommend these to anyone especially when they are on offer for 7 for 50 ...
Excellent Disks - Faultless December 21, 2007 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I swear by these disks; used for backing up data (on my PC) and burning my old VHS videos of kids growing up (on a DVD recorder). No failures ever, and after two years of use they still have good picture quality and allow me to recover saved data. I cannot fault them.
Not many beermats! November 12, 2007 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
There's not really that much you can say about a spindle of DVDs, other than whether they work or not, and these do. I think I've had a couple of failures, but that's not too bad. I'd buy these again.
About as good as it gets August 17, 2007 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
I mirror the previous reviewers comments. I have used Verbatim CDRs and later DVD+Rs for several years and haven't had a single coaster or read failure. I would recommend them at the price as general archive and storage; I don't think you'll find anything quite as tried and trusted on the market in this price range.
As for Pixmania, well that's not Verbatim's fault is it?
