This fantastically detailed model comes complete with stand. This must be the all time classic RAF plane. Designed before the war by R.J. Mitchell, its wings were based on the shape of a seagulls wings in flight. Unfortunately R.J.Mitchell didnt live to see the contribution that his design made to the war.
A number of them still fly today, including the one in the RAF battle of Britain flight.
