3 out of 5 stars It's pretty good   July 25, 2006

Okay, let's be fair it's no prince of persia or ninja gaiden, like it tries to be.. but this game's actually not that bad. It's definitley really fun as long as you're not expecting too much, and the story isn't bad either. Stealth kills are fun to do, and the weapon, the 'tetsugan' allows you to dispach enemies in lots of gory ways. Running on walls has been done before (and much better) but it's still a good addition to the gameplay. The hook attatchment on your weapon is fun too, lets you swing, and also lower yourself down upside down like a real ninja! (okay, that's not that amazing.. but I found it pretty cool.)
The graphics are good, could have been much better, but i'm not complaining. The colours used are good, the background clouring is quite dull, so your character stands out in her bright red outfit. I guess that's not exactly realistic for a stealth game, but it does look pretty!

The one MAJOR DOWNFALL of this game, which is stopping me from giving it 4 stars, is the ridiculous camera! Seriously, it's as if the preson making the game thought 'hmm, how can I make it as difficult as possible for the gamer to see where he or she is going..?'
This usually wouldn't be so bad, but for a stealth game you really need to be able to see where you're going.

So anyway, if you can get past the terrible camera work, this game's really fun to play. But if you're looking for a totally groundbreaking action-stealth game, I'd say look elsewhere.

1 out of 5 stars BOOOOOOOOOORING!   January 25, 2006

Please DO NOT BUY THIS GAME! It is a mess of a game. You don't deserve to play this game, unless you've been a very bad person. The graphics are poor, gameplay is boring, sound is terrible, and I'm not even going to talk about how this SO wants to be Splinter Cell but isn't nowhere near. Ok, I will. The AI is really dumb so much you could walk right past them or stand face-to-face with them and they still wouldn't so much as bat an eyelid. It's THAT bad. Please save yourself, don't punish you or your friends by buying it. You will only make yourself regret you spent that bonus from work, but the developers will be happy because they've fleeced stealth fans, and they'll make a sequel, and you or I definately won't want that.
