! March 25, 2008 im my opinion This is probably the last decent tony hawks game for xbox/ps2... project 8 was a disgrace.
Not as good as the others January 23, 2007 I'm a big fan of the Tony Hawk games, and have bought every single one of them since they came out. This one is slightly better than the T.H.U.G. incarnations but still got boring really quickly. The prospect of skating an entire city was exciting, but the game was far too easy and got traded in within a month. I'd recommend either Tony Hawk 3 or 4, or the new 'Project 8" instead.
GR8 FUN--but the story!? December 13, 2006 Really enjoyable game keeps u entertained but the story is not good! Basically u go round L.A finding pieces to put in a Skate Park. While doing bigga tasks to impress pros and so on.
I was looking forward to maybe getting sponsored by my favourite company goin round l.a and winning the a load of Competions thats how its starts with the AmJam but doesnt go on well.
Dont get me wrong a good enjoyable game.. but get TONY HAWKS PRO 8.
Best Birdman game so far May 29, 2006 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This game is awesome, There is so much you can do in Career mode that wasn't possible on T.H.U.G. 2. Although you think you'll miss Tony and Bam from T.H.U.G 2 you meet them again and learn new tricks with them. Graphics are good but aren't anything to write home about (Rodney Mullen (who happens to be my favorite skater from T.H.U.G 2) looks rather goofy). The music is great (I Like Dirt), and is a really enjoyable game. Carry on Bert Slidin' dudes!
great November 8, 2005 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
this game does exactly what it says!!! if you like the last one you will love this one! it just gives so much freedom and reality into it there are no restrictions it is fantastic . the only downside is its bmx it is not fully up to standard but considering this is a skateborder and a skateboard game i think that i let it off the hook because its not all that serious and it still does a fantastic job!!!
